The Hedonists Party

This is some random (cute) girl from the launch party for The Hedonists Guide To Life, which I've had the honour of contributing to. Party was definitely not my kind of party. Like, Jodie Harsh DJ'ing, Kelly Osbourne sulking in a corner, that kind of party. Luckily I found the AD of the book and he's not a big fan of these parties either.

I'll never be a paparazzi

How embarrassing. I wanted to photograph this paparazzis rig (photo camera, flash, video camera), but I forgot I had on manual focus and the aperture at f/1.4, and this is what came out.

So why was I photographing him? Well, me and the aforementioned AD was standing outside of the venue keeping some nice spanish (?) girls company, and we got to talking with the paparazzi crowd who were there in the hopes that Kelly Osbourne or any other useless c-celeb would enter or exit the party. When someone finally did, they were like vultures, and the flashes went off like crazy. Damn fascinating, but not something I could ever do for a job.
